Our 10 year old dog had not been herself at all this week and seemingly, not improving. The clinic was able to squeeze us in at the end of day on Friday. The staff were empathetic and listened to our concerns. She was examined thoroughly and gently by Dr Hay. We decided to go ahead with bloodwork to see if her preexisting thyroid condition or something else was at play, besides a possible muscle strain. The vet techs were incredible!! At our former vet clinic blood draws were extremely difficult and stressful. Making our dog fearful and stressed. Not the case at FGVet . These two women were beyond professional. They were so smooth neither the dog or myself even realized it was done! (Pee spoon was smooth too!) The pain medication seems to have given her the rest she needed and our pup is so much improved already! Dr Hay and the rest of the staff here are just amazing. It brings tears to my eyes in gratitude for how welcoming and wonderful you all are. Thank you so much!!
